What Clients Tell Us
Norashikin Aziz
HR Manager · Logistics Company, KK
"The attrition model Jejak AI built for us flagged patterns we genuinely hadn't noticed. The workshop that followed was what made it useful — I left feeling like I could actually do something with the information rather than just look at it."

Kelvin Lim Chee Hong
Operations Director · Services Firm, Sandakan
"Our team was sceptical going in — they'd seen training programmes that didn't lead anywhere. The RPA sessions were hands-on enough that people came out with something working, not just a slide deck. Two months later they're still using what they built."

Rosnah binti Bakar
Head of Planning · Plantation Group, Tawau
"We needed our dashboard to tell us when something was going off-track, not just show us what had already happened. Jejak AI understood that distinction immediately. The anomaly alerts have already helped us avoid two situations that would have been quite costly."

Datu Shamsul Huda
CEO · Professional Services, Kota Kinabalu
"What I appreciated was that Hakim and the team asked a lot of questions before proposing anything. The scope they came back with was sensible and priced fairly for what we're dealing with as a mid-sized firm. No unnecessary complexity."

Lily Chia Mei Ling
Finance Manager · Manufacturing, Lahad Datu
"The RPA training was better structured than I expected. My team — none of them are technical — managed to build a working data entry automation by the end of the second day. Siew Wei's pacing and explanation style made a real difference."

Mohammad Idris Mohd Zain
IT Head · Education Group, Kota Kinabalu
"The dashboard now pulls from three separate systems and gives our leadership team a single view they can actually trust. Rashidah was very patient with our requests for changes during the build — the handover documentation was also thorough."

Reducing Unplanned Attrition · Logistics Company, Kota Kinabalu
Challenge
The HR team was experiencing higher-than-expected turnover among field operations staff, without a clear picture of which teams, roles, or conditions were most at risk. Exit interview data existed but wasn't being used systematically.
What We Did
We ran an AI-assisted analysis of three years of HR data — attendance, performance reviews, shift patterns, and exit responses — to identify the factors most associated with departure. The findings were presented alongside an early warning dashboard for team supervisors.
Results
Within four months, the HR team had intervened in several at-risk situations they would previously have missed. Attrition in the flagged cohort dropped by around a third compared to the same period the prior year.
Automating Finance Reporting · Services Firm, Sandakan
Challenge
Monthly financial consolidation required two finance staff members to spend approximately twelve hours each extracting, formatting, and reconciling data from four separate systems. The process was error-prone and delayed reporting by several days.
What We Did
We trained a cohort of five finance and admin staff through the RPA programme, with the consolidation task used as the live case study throughout. Participants built and tested the workflow during the training itself.
Results
The consolidation process now runs overnight without manual intervention. Reporting is delivered two days earlier each month, and the staff who were previously doing the task have redirected that time to analytical work.
Predictive Operations Monitoring · Plantation Group, Tawau
Challenge
Planning leadership was relying on monthly reports that were three to four weeks old by the time decisions were made. Yield variability in certain zones was being picked up too late to adjust resource allocation effectively.
What We Did
We designed a real-time dashboard integrating sensor data, weather inputs, and operational logs, with anomaly detection highlighting deviations from expected patterns and natural language summaries for the planning team's weekly review.
Results
The planning cycle shortened from monthly to weekly, with two operational situations caught early enough to avoid significant resource waste. The team describes the dashboard as the primary input into their Monday morning review meetings.
